Information for Tenants

The Location Maps are based on postcodes and do not necessarily show the exact location of the property. Please note that most of our properties are to let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies for a minimum of 6 or 12 months. A deposit equivalent to one months rent will be required. A fee of £25.00 will be payable by the tenant to cover the administrative costs and charges incurred by the landlord/agent in respect of compliance with the Government Approved Deposit Scheme. A £25.00 agreement/stamp duty fee is also payable by the tenants, but there are no other fees (although we do reserve the right to recover our reasonable costs should the application be rejected because of incorrect information being provided, or because of unsatisfactory references being provided). Rent is normally paid monthly in advance. Dogs not normally permitted, but please ask. Other pets by arrangement. All applicants should be employed and be able to provide satisfactory bank/financial references. Alternatively, a guarantor may be acceptable. Where applicants have not been resident in the UK for three years prior to an application for tenancy we may not be able to check their financial status, and a guarantor may be essential.
